the location was superb. i found it easy to walk to major attractions and transportation hubs. the bunk had a reading light, and there was a power outlet. i found the bed comfortable.
the lack of air conditioning in the room made it difficult to sleep. it got stuffy during the night, and i woke up several times feeling too warm. a fan might have helped, but there was none available.

location let me reach places quickly. a sweet person manned the reception all day and night. it felt safe because of that. i had a secure closet for my special things. the bed felt so long i did not need to curl. every place felt clean, it worth much more than it cost.
the foam pillow was quite firm, not what i expect from a pillow.

check-in was very easy. the doors remained open 24 hours. this allowed me to come and go as i pleased (a big plus!). the private bathrooms included a bidet, a first for me in a hostel.
the lockers were outside the rooms. this made it inconvenient to access luggage for top bunk occupants.

the building sits directly above a canal. i could hear gondoliers singing throughout the day. the location proved to be quite close to major attractions and the city center. this made getting around simple.

The hostel's location was great! It allowed for easy walks throughout the city and was close to the main square. The beds were comfortable. The staff at reception were very helpful. The separate showers with toilets offered amazing privacy.
Unfortunately, the room lacked air conditioning. This made it uncomfortable during the summer heat. A small roof fan was the only source of cooling, but it barely helped. I ended up sweating a lot.

The location was conveniently close to attractions.
The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. They barely acknowledged our presence. My room looked nothing like the photos. It was basic and sterile. I paid extra for a locker, but it wasn't secure and my belongings were left in a laundry room.

my stay wasn't great, sadly. the room was too hot because it lacked air conditioning. there was only a small fan on the ceiling, it barely helped and i sweat a lot. i think better cooling is needed for warmer months.
